Sublimation

Sublimation is a print-and-transfer method that transfers ink directly into the garment to where you are not able to feel it.

Sublimation can ONLY be done on light colored POLYESTER clothing (white and silver preferred). 

Heat Settings: 380 DEGREES for 50 SECONDS

 

Direct ot Film (DTF)

Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric using a heat-press mechanism.

  • Pre-Press your garment for 3-5 seconds
  • 1st Press: 310 degrees for 15 seconds be sure to cover your image with parchment paper or teflon sheet
  • Wait until transfer is COOL before removing the film
  • 2nd Press: Cover your transfer with parchment paper or teflon sheet and press at same temperature and time
